Communal areas
In addition to the private areas, Casa Agua Marian has large communal areas for our guests to enjoy.
Living room
In the summer it is just a place to pass through but in the winter our living room becomes a cosy and inviting space complete with a stunning fireplace and comfortable sofas and chairs ideal for reading or watching TV.
Porch
Ideal for reading a book in the fresh air, chatting or having a drink. The porch is one of the most visible areas of the property. A perfect place to recharge your batteries in winter in the heat of the afternoon sun.
Andalusian patio
In the summer, the patio is the centre of the house, a natural meeting place. In the mornings, breakfast will be served there and plans for the day can be made and shared. After an afternoon nap, it’s a place to rest, read, listen to the sounds of the water from the fountain or simply sit back and enjoy the beautiful landscapes of the park.
Garden
There is no doubt that the garden that surrounds the entire house is a major draw. The diversity of species and range of plants makes you feel like you are in a small botanical garden. You will sometimes catch a glimpse of small birds and reptiles like chameleons which are abundant in the park. One of the most enchanting spots on the property is the pond full of aquatic plants and frogs which guests can enjoy from nearby armchairs.
Pool and Balinese bed
Our saltwater pool and its telescopic cover ensure that the water is always a warm and pleasant temperature. It has a maximum depth of only 1.70metres which makes it safe for everyone. One of the rules of the house is that the pool is at your disposal 24 hours, with the only condition that you respect the other guests. The Balinese bed and loungers ensure maximum relaxation while you read, chat or doze in the sun or shade, at your leisure.
Topless and nude sunbathing is allowed in this area.
Jacuzzi
One of the great attractions of the house is our outdoor Jacuzzi, with a capacity for five people. It is a professional spa with a complete massage programme which operates at a temperature of 36degrees and is available all day. It is particularly enjoyable at dusk where you can stargaze in a perfectly clear sky free from any signs of light pollution. It is the perfect way to relax before bed.
Roof Terrace
Our large and spacious roof terrace has two seating areas that are completely surrounded by diverse plants. It is the perfect place to have a drink and enjoy the sunset and the moonrise.
Our Services
Breakfast
All accommodation at Casa Agua Marina includes breakfast. But it’s not just any ordinary breakfast. We serve a wide variety of freshly squeezed juices, coffees and teas, a selection of different types of breads, meats and cheeses and freshly baked home-made cakes. And of course, you can depend on us serving the best extra virgin olive oil from Almeria.
Mineral water
A few metres from the rooms you will find a water cooler with fresh mineral water from the Sierra Nevada available to our guests
Bathroom products
In all of the guest bathrooms you will find hand soap, shower gel and shampoo at your disposal. All products contain natural ingredients and are free from palm oil.
Wi-Fi
We have a very strong internet connection that is available throughout the property including bedrooms, patio and garden.
Cots and bedding
If needed, we have cots and bedding for babies available free of charge for guests.
Library
A small selection of books is available in all of our rooms which you are free to read at your leisure.
Laundry
A washing machine is available at a cost of 10 Euros. There is no ironing service.
Printing
We will be happy to print bus, plane and train tickets for you free of charge.
Transport
We have a pick-up and transfer service to the airport or train station. Contact us for availability and prices.
Pets
We welcome pets. Please let us know about your pets in advance so we can inform you of additional costs. There are three resident dogs and a cat at Agua Marina, all of whom are very calm and friendly.
Pillows
We understand that for some people a good pillow is the key to a good night's sleep. We are therefore happy to offer a pillow menu with various different shapes and softness that will cater to your needs.
Towels
You will only need to look after your towel for the beach. We provide all towels and also a bathrobe for use at the pool and jacuzzi. Hairdryers and scales are also available in all bathrooms.
Celebrations

Parking
In front of Casa Agua Marina is a large parking area with ample space and is free to our guests.
